Please note that it's important to check the measurements provided on our products to ensure you are selecting the correct size. We accept returns/exchanges of selected unused items (view exclusions below*) within 15 days of receiving your order (this is extended to 30 days for gifts).
*The items excluded in for returns or exchanges are the slow feeders, ceramic bowls, and toys due to hygienic reasons.
To make the return process easier for you, we will provide a pre-paid return shipping label via email. Once we receive your returned item and our quality care team confirms that it has not been used, we will process your refund. Please be aware that a return processing fee of $5 will be applied, which will be deducted from your refund.
Sale items purchased that end in .95 cannot be refunded. However, you still have the option to receive a store credit for your returned items. Full-priced items purchased with a discount code are eligible for returns.
