Thank you for shopping with Potato & Co.! We do our best to pack and ship your order as quickly and carefully as possible.

Processing Times

Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days, unless otherwise stated on the product page or during busy launch periods.

For any apparel items requiring customization, please allow 5–7 business days for processing.

If you need your order by a specific date, please reach out before placing your order or as soon as possible after ordering with your timeline. We will always try our best to accommodate urgent requests, but rush processing is not guaranteed.

Please note that processing times do not include weekends, holidays, or shipping transit time.

Shipping Location

All orders ship from Kitchener, Ontario, Canada.

Once your order has been dropped off with, or picked up by, the shipping carrier, delivery times may vary based on your location and the selected shipping method.

Estimated Shipping Times

Within Canada, shipping typically takes 1–7 business days after the order has been handed over to the carrier.

The farther the destination is from Ontario, the longer shipping may take. As a general guide, shipping can be approximately 1 business day per province.

For example:

  • Ontario: approximately 1–2 business days

  • Alberta: approximately 3–4 business days

  • British Columbia: approximately 5–7 business days

Shipping to the USA and international destinations can vary depending on the carrier, customs processing, and international postal delays. Please allow enough time when placing your order, especially if you need it by a specific date.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location, order size, and selected shipping method.

Free shipping may be offered during select promotions or when your order qualifies for a free shipping threshold.

Local Pickup

Local pickup may be available at checkout for eligible orders.

You will receive a notification when your order is ready for pickup. Please wait for this confirmation before arriving to pick up your order.

Local Delivery

Local delivery may be available for select areas. If available, this option will appear at checkout.

Delivery times may vary depending on order volume, location, and availability.

Pre-Orders

If your order includes a pre-order item, your full order may ship together once the pre-order item is ready, unless otherwise stated.

Estimated pre-order timelines are listed on the product page or campaign details. These dates are estimates and may be subject to change due to supplier, production, or shipping delays.

Shipping Carriers

We ship using trusted carriers. The available shipping options will be shown at checkout.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email, if tracking is available for your selected shipping method.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.

Potato & Co. is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided at checkout. If you notice an error, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to update the address before the order ships, but we cannot guarantee changes once the order has been processed.

Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

Once a package has been handed over to the shipping carrier, delivery times and handling are outside of our control.

Potato & Co. is not responsible for shipping delays, lost packages, or stolen packages after delivery has been confirmed by the carrier.

If your tracking shows that your package has been delivered but you have not received it, please check with your household, neighbours, building concierge, or local post office/carrier first.

If your package appears to be lost in transit, please contact us and we will help guide you through the next steps where possible.

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the packaging and damaged item.

We will review the issue and do our best to make it right.

International Shipping

International shipping may be available to select countries. Any customs fees, duties, taxes, or import charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Potato & Co. is not responsible for delays caused by customs or border processing.

Order Changes and Cancellations

If you need to make a change to your order, please contact us as soon as possible.

We cannot guarantee changes or cancellations once an order has been processed, packed, or shipped.
