Shipping and timing

Apparel is made to order and ships within up to 10 business days. This is processing time, before transit.

Orders ship from Kitchener, Ontario. Within Canada, transit is typically 1 to 7 business days after handover to the carrier (Ontario about 1 to 2, Alberta about 3 to 4, British Columbia about 5 to 7). US and international times vary with the carrier and customs. Weekends and holidays are not included.

Free shipping on Canadian orders of $100 or more. Standard shipping in Canada is $7.99, with faster options shown at checkout. Standard shipping to the US is $54.99 and includes tariffs, duties and taxes. Other international rates are shown at checkout.

Need it by a certain date? Add processing and transit together, and message us before you order so we can tell you what's realistic. We always try to help, but rush processing isn't guaranteed.

Your pet's portrait in a hand-painted Christmas wreath, on a quarter-zip that's a little more polished than a hoodie.

Pick your wreath: W1 to W5 are shown in the photos.

Your pet: upload a clear, face-on photo of your dog (or cat) below. We'll remove the background. Up to 5 pets. More than 5? Email us first and we'll mock it up.

The quarter-zip: a sweatshirt build with a cleaner cadet collar. 50/50 cotton/polyester, pre-shrunk, OEKO-TEX Standard 100 certified. Warm without the bulk, so layer it under a jacket or wear it on its own. Size chart in the photos.
