Shipping and timing

Apparel is made to order and ships within up to 10 business days. This is processing time, before transit.

Orders ship from Kitchener, Ontario. Within Canada, transit is typically 1 to 7 business days after handover to the carrier (Ontario about 1 to 2, Alberta about 3 to 4, British Columbia about 5 to 7). US and international times vary with the carrier and customs. Weekends and holidays are not included.

Free shipping on Canadian orders of $100 or more. Standard shipping in Canada is $7.99, with faster options shown at checkout. Standard shipping to the US is $54.99 and includes tariffs, duties and taxes. Other international rates are shown at checkout.

Need it by a certain date? Add processing and transit together, and message us before you order so we can tell you what's realistic. We always try to help, but rush processing isn't guaranteed.

Custom, personalized and made-to-order apparel is final sale. If something's wrong, or you're unhappy with your custom apparel, please reach out and we'll see what we can do.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, email us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos, and we'll do our best to make it right.
