Shipping and timing

Apparel is made to order and ships within up to 10 business days. This is processing time, before transit.

Orders ship from Kitchener, Ontario. Within Canada, transit is typically 1 to 7 business days after handover to the carrier (Ontario about 1 to 2, Alberta about 3 to 4, British Columbia about 5 to 7). US and international times vary with the carrier and customs. Weekends and holidays are not included.

Free shipping on Canadian orders of $100 or more. Standard shipping in Canada is $7.99, with faster options shown at checkout. Standard shipping to the US is $54.99 and includes tariffs, duties and taxes. Other international rates are shown at checkout.

Need it by a certain date? Add processing and transit together, and message us before you order so we can tell you what's realistic. We always try to help, but rush processing isn't guaranteed.

A fine line outline of your dog's ears with their name tucked underneath, small on the chest. Subtle enough that only other dog people will clock it.

Your dog's ears: pick your breed from the ear charts in the photos (150 breeds, plus doodle and mutt options) and add their name in the boxes below. Don't see a match? Email hello@potatoandco.com and we'll sort it out.

The quarter-zip: a sweatshirt build with a cleaner cadet collar. 50/50 cotton and polyester, pre-shrunk. Warm without the bulk, so it layers under a jacket or holds its own. Size guide in the photos.
