Shipping and timing

In-stock items are usually processed within 2 to 5 business days. This is processing time, before transit.

Orders ship from Kitchener, Ontario. Within Canada, transit is typically 1 to 7 business days after handover to the carrier (Ontario about 1 to 2, Alberta about 3 to 4, British Columbia about 5 to 7). US and international times vary with the carrier and customs. Weekends and holidays are not included.

Free shipping on Canadian orders of $100 or more. Standard shipping in Canada is $7.99, with faster options shown at checkout. Standard shipping to the US is $54.99 and includes tariffs, duties and taxes. Other international rates are shown at checkout.

Need it by a certain date? Add processing and transit together, and message us before you order so we can tell you what's realistic. We always try to help, but rush processing isn't guaranteed.

Your pet's portrait in a hand-painted Christmas wreath, with their name, on a round ornament finished with a frayed ribbon. The one that goes front and centre on the tree.

Pick your wreath and ribbon colour: options are shown in the photos.

Your pet: up to 5 pets. Photos that aren't super close-up work best, since they give us more room to place them. Multiple pets are welcome if they're in the same photo. More than 5? Email us first and we'll mock it up. Name is optional and placed where it fits best around the pet(s).
